How much does a website cost?
There isn't a definitive answer to this one as all websites are very different in style and size, however our base price is £350 for a fully functional website with a few different categories. Here's an example of a website that would cost £350: djad.co.uk/
Are there any monthly costs?
Yes, hosting. Your website needs to be hosted on a server in order to be displayed when people click on your link. Hosting costs are dependent on the size and complexity of a website but on average are around £10 - £20 per month.
How much do website updates cost?
We can make website updates for you at a rate of £10 per half hour. You will be given access to the back end of the website so you can make changes yourself if you wish but we're always here to help if you don't feel comfortable doing so.
SETTING UP A WEBSITE
How do I buy a domain name? (Website address)
If you don't already have a domain name, head on over to 123-Reg to search for one. Ideally you want to include your business name in the title and try to make sure it's easy to remember and not too long.
Will I own my website?
Yes. We believe that if you've paid for something then you should own it and have control. Once we've launched your website we will invite you to be a contributor to the site so you can make changes yourself.
Can I have an e-mail address that matches my website address?
Yes. We can help you setup a professional e-mail address with the same domain name as your site. There is a small fee per month to host e-mail, normally around £5.
How long does it take to build a website?
This depends on the size and complexity of the website but simpler sites can be made in around 2-3 weeks.
